How to request a refund
- Contact us through the contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once the item arrives back at our US warehouse, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, heavily used items may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion — but if the product genuinely didn't work for you, talk to us. We're reasonable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required in most cases.
