Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States. All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Cost & speed
- Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum.
- Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Typical delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch, via USPS or comparable carrier.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout — we can correct it any time before dispatch via the contact page. Once a parcel ships to the address provided, we can't reroute it, but we'll always help you work with the carrier.
Lost or stolen parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full. For parcels marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
